Student Affairs and Diversity Tech Support

  • Troubleshoot variety of software and hardware problems
  • Assist staff and students over the phone or in person with software and network questions
  • Maintain STC computer lab to make sure that it is in good working order
  • Oversee the STC lab and assist patrons with technology questions
  • Service printers as necessary, by replacing toners and loading paper
  • Inspect computer equipment and report hardware or software problems to SADIT
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned
